Today, I'm here on Lake Monona, one of Madison's gems of a lake, it's on the chain between Waubesa and Mendota. Lake Monona features 3,275 acres with 18 miles of shoreline.

You've got the Monona Terrace, downtown Madison, the Elks Lodge is a wonderful place to park on the lake to take a small walk up to Capitol Square to go have dinner, to see a show

Then, as you go down the channel towards Lake Waubesa, you've got Breakwaters, Buck and Honeys, The Tasting Room, all sorts of different places to be.

So my family loves coming out on the lake during the summer to go boating, skiing, tubing, fishing, whatever it is you can think of doing on the water, that's what we're going to be doing this summer and so can you.
