Hey, I’m Mark Gladue broker associate and listing specialist with Lauer Realty, and I’m coming to you today to give you tips, tricks, and some explanations when it comes to virtual tours.

So in today’s video, I’m going to show you the software we’re using on almost every new listing, Matterport camera tours. These are great motivators to get your buyer to come in and do an in-person showing, or they can schedule a virtual showing with an agent, or they can do a self-guided virtual tour.  This gives them the chance to walk around the home and note things they like or dislike about the house and gives a good idea of what buyers are getting into in a home without leaving their couch.

Matterport Tours are going to give you, and more importantly the potential buyer, a 360 degree, 3D view of every floor of the home. When you click into it, starts with a dollhouse effect where it’s zoomed out and shows a floorplan of every level of the home. From there, all you have to do is click into it, and boom, you’re taking a tour of the home.

So these sound great, but how do you find one? You use our website of course. Start at gladuestoppedby.com/ , and click into the city or neighborhood that you’re interested in, that page is going to be super helpful with area info, market trends, schools, and demographics, just a lot of great information. And at the bottom of the page are going to be all the listings for that area.

Once you find something you like, which I know you’re going to, you can clink into it, and up top, there’s going to be an option for a virtual tour and that’s going to be the self-guided option we talked about, but if you’d prefer, you can request a virtual showing by entering some information, answering some questions, and someone from our team will get that scheduled with you.

If you’d like help browsing, or you’ve got any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. The easiest way to get you into a home you’re going to love, or to get your home sold is by reaching out to me.

As always, I’m so glad you stopped by.
