We're coming out to your property and taking professional video and professional photography. Then we're using data-driven, market-based knowledge to help you get an understanding of how much your home will sell for, how long it will take to sell your home, and how many people might already be interested in your home. 

But it's not just that; at Lauer Realty Group we know the communities. We actually live in the communities, and we give back to these communities. Oftentimes, you'll find us at the local festivals or the local Goodman Center. When you see us there, we're not only donating our time and our efforts but getting to know the people who live in these neighborhoods.

That means that when we have people coming in to look at your specific home, in your specific neighborhood, we know all about it already. We can tell them firsthand how wonderful it’s going to be, being a part of the neighborhood.
